As we mark the one-year anniversary of Hon. Ifeoluwa Ehindero’s tenure as the member representing Akoko Northeast/Northwest Federal Constituency, it is important to reflect on the significant impact of his leadership. Over the past year, Hon. Ehindero has shown unwavering dedication to the progress and well-being of his constituents through impactful projects, legislative advocacy, and life-changing empowerment initiatives. Infrastructure Development
Construction of six blocks of classrooms across various schools, including:
• Saint James Primary School, Arigidi Akoko
• Ilemopo Comprehensive High School, Irun Akoko
• Ajowa Community Grammar School, Ajowa Akoko
• Agolo Grammar School, Ikare Akoko
• Irepodun Comprehensive High School, Ikakumo Akoko
Education Support System
• Sponsored Free JAMB for students across the constituency.
• Awarded ₦1 million scholarship to the best 2024 UTME candidate in Akoko North Federal Constituency.
• Provided bursary to physically challenged persons in the constituency.
Healthcare Development
Renovated and equipped healthcare centers in:

Launched IBI-DERO Health Care Support Initiative, providing free delivery kits for pregnant women.
Solar Street Light Installation
Installed solar-powered streetlights to improve security and economic activities in:

• Oyin Akoko
Portable Water Supply
Drilled solar-powered boreholes in:
• Okeagbe Akoko
• Ikare Akoko (Funmilayo Street)

Youth Empowerment and Job Creation
• Facilitated employment for numerous youths across the constituency in federal agencies and parastatals, including the Federal Fire Service, National Assembly Service Commission, and other government institutions.
• Sponsored 2024 DEVME Bootcamp, equipping young people with essential digital and entrepreneurial skills.
• Facilitated Training and Empowerment of Women and Youth in Poultry Production, providing starter packs including day-old chicks, feeds, poultry supplements, and essential drugs.
• Sponsored free business registration (CAC) for small-scale businesses in the constituency.
Community Engagement and Support
• Distributed food items as part of a welfare initiative for Christmas and New Year, benefiting thousands of residents.
• Distributed fertilizers to local farmers to boost agricultural productivity.
Hon. Ifeoluwa Ehindero’s achievements in just one year are a testament to his dedication to purposeful representation and leadership. His commitment to the growth of Akoko Northeast/Northwest remains firm, and the progress recorded so far is just the beginning.
